Our commitment
Deep Hollow Ranch wants everyone to be able to use this website and plan a visit. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we review the site as we add new content.
What we’ve done
Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Text meets contrast guidelines against its background, and pages can be zoomed and resized.
Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “Skip to content” link.
Videos on this site have no sound. Motion and page transitions are reduced for visitors who turn on reduced motion in their device settings.
Links that open in a new tab are announced to screen reader users.
Known limitations
Some older press articles and third-party pages we link to may not meet the same standards.
Booking and visiting
Rides are booked by phone on 631 668 2744. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can call us through a relay service by dialing 711.
If you or someone in your group has a disability, please tell us when you book so we can talk through what will work best for your visit.
